We have used MCL for many years now. During this time, they have carried out all our steam boiler requirements, from minor to major service work. If any extra requirements they will source and manage specialist requirements. We use them for all callouts when required, never had a problem with attendance and have even been helped over the phone when required. Insurance inspection complete steam boiler strip downs and they oversee the project for start to finish. Engineers are all good, work on their own initiative and have always worked / adhered to our company safety requirements and their company risk assessments and method statements. Quick response, minimal disruption

I thought I would let you know of some outstanding customer service from our Contractor MCL energy Ltd that enabled us to have minimum disruption to customers, In the past MCL have always been excellent but this week we had an emergency Gas leak in the meter room that MCL were quick in responding to, we called them Tuesday at 4.30pm and the work was completed and back in use by 7.30pm the same evening. Heat exchanger installed on a tight schedule

Can I just say a huge thanks to your commercial engineers who put in the new plate heat exchanger in overnight. It was always going to be a very tight schedule to get the work completed before we opened in the morning up but together we got it done.
